Centrifuge rotor can not solve the problem

Some customers found that the rotor was difficult to remove when replacing the rotor. Consult our company's corresponding solution. Ligong, the engineer of Xiangzhi Centrifuge, got the corresponding solution through the system to sort out the cause of the fault. Generally, this situation is mostly caused by the customer using the same centrifuge rotor for a long time, and the central sleeve of the rotating shaft is physically adhered to the center hole of the rotor for a long time by the reverse rotation force, and cannot be easily taken out.

After this happens, the solution our engineers have given is:

1. Unscrew the fixing screw first. If it cannot be easily unscrewed, add some lubricating oil for 10 minutes and then rotate until it is unscrewed. If you still can't unscrew, please consult after sales.

2. After the fixing screw is screwed out, the rotor cannot be taken out. This situation requires two people to cooperate. One person takes a T-shaped tool (the lower end of the T-shaped tool and the vertical direction of the rotating shaft are basically the same), and the rotating shaft is used. The little girl gently tapped from top to bottom. (Be careful not to use too much force or deviate from the shaft to prevent the shaft from skewing)

3. While tapping, the other person holds the sides of the rotor with both hands and gently lifts it up until the rotor is removed.

4. After removing, clean the dirt on the shaft with a clean rag and repeatedly load and unload the rotor three times to keep the rotor center hole and the shaft from sticking.

Safety Eyewear

Hearing Protection refers to devices used to protect the ear, either externally from elements such as cold, intrusion by water and other environmental conditions, debris, or specifically from noise. High levels of exposure to noise may result in noise-induced hearing loss. Measures to protect the ear are referred to as hearing protection, and devices for that purpose are called hearing protection devices. In the context of work, adequate hearing protection is that which reduces noise exposure to below 85DB over the course of an average work shift of eight hours.Different types of hearing protection may be utilized to maximize hearing protection. OSHA regulations dictate whether hearing protection is required and if the company must participate in a hearing conservation program.
