1. Strip the outer sheath and main insulation layer of the deep well pump cable, expose the copper wire 35-40mm, trim the rubber near the core part, polish the oxide layer on the core, and use alcohol (zui good) Wipe the core and the insulation layer and sheath layer to be wrapped with hydrochloric acid and let it dry naturally.

3. Prepare 500W electric soldering iron, rosin, solder, lmm bare copper wire and insulating tape.
4. Evenly tighten the cable core with bare copper wire, use electric soldering iron to heat and infiltrate tin, and require penetration and seepage. Use a trowel to repair the flat welded part (no burrs and sharps are allowed), and wipe the part to be wrapped again with alcohol and let it dry.
5. Firstly, use a self-adhesive butyl tape to laminate three layers and gradually extend to the outside of the core. When wrapping, the tape must be stretched by 200%, and the outer layer is then laminated with three layers of polyvinyl chloride tape (public number: pump housekeeper), and it is gradually extended outward to ensure that the wrapping portion is not shorter than 200 mm.
6. When the three-core cable connector is connected, the three connector positions should be shifted by a certain distance to prevent short circuit.
7. Wiring method when the cable is double-lead cable
1) After the cable is connected, shake the insulation resistance of the cable and the motor (when no water is added), the value is not less than 150 megohms.
2) After the motor is filled with water, shake the insulation resistance of the motor winding again to be no less than 40 megohms.
3) Turn on the power test (no more than 2 seconds). Do a good job of marking the position.
4) Start down the well: The submersible pump uses the submersible pump to continuously measure the insulation resistance while observing the change to prevent the cable wall from smashing the cable insulation. If the insulation level drops to below 0.5 MΩ, the unit should be put up to detect. the reason. If there is no accident, you can start the test by the steps mentioned above after the completion of the downhole.
