Hebei Provincial Deputy Governor Yang Hao said that farmers now feel that the new rural cooperative medical system is very good, but it is still unstable and dynamic. Yang Xinjian said that this year, Hebei Province raised the standard of funding for the new rural cooperative medical system to 290 yuan per person, including government subsidies of 240 yuan; and further increase the proportion of hospitalization compensation, the maximum payment limit was increased to 70,000 yuan, and the proportion of hospitalization expenses within the policy scope was paid. About 75% of the counties (cities, districts) that implement the new rural cooperative medical system are to achieve overall outpatient planning; while comprehensively promoting the work of six major disease guarantees, the scope of rescuing the disease will be further expanded, and lung cancer and Yang Yang will be newly established.
