1. Add liquid medium to the tank. The liquid medium level should not be lower than the working plate 30mm.
2. Selection of liquid medium:
A: When the working temperature is lower than 5 °C, the liquid medium is generally selected from alcohol.
B: When the working temperature is 5-80 °C, the liquid medium is generally pure water.
C: When the working temperature is 80--90 °C, the liquid medium is generally selected from 15% glycerin aqueous solution.
D: When the working temperature is 90--100 °C, the liquid medium is generally selected from oil.
3. Connection of low temperature water tank circulation pump A: Connection of internal circulation pump, connect the liquid outlet tube and the inlet tube with hose. It can be equipped with a hose B: external circulation pump for external circulation connection, and the outlet tube is soft. The tube is connected to the inlet of the container outside the tank, and the inlet tube is connected to the outlet of the container outside the tank. Note: the tube on the left side of the instrument is the inlet tube, and the tube on the back is the outlet tube.
4. Plug in the power, turn on the "power" switch, turn on the "loop" switch.
5. The operation of the low temperature water tank instrument is as follows:
A: Shift, ▲ addend, ▼ subtract, 〖SET〗 set function key.
B: Temperature setting:
Press the set function key to enter the temperature setting state, the last value of the set value flashes. At this time, press the shift and then press the plus or minus to set the working temperature you need, then press the set function key and save the set value. At this time, the measurement shows the temperature of the liquid medium in the current tank. After that, the microcomputer enters the automatic control state. The set working temperature should be higher than the indoor temperature by 8 °C.
C: If the operating temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, turn on the "cooling" switch to cool to the desired temperature.
D: Description of other parameters (1): SC indicates measurement correction, T: indicates time proportional period, P: indicates time proportional band, I: indicates integral system, d: indicates differential system (2) presses the set function key for 5 seconds It automatically enters the other parameter set value state. At this time, the measurement window displays the word "SC", and the required parameters are set by the addend or subtraction. Press the set function key again, the measured value window displays "T", press the addend or subtraction to set the required parameters, and so on to all the parameters to be completely modified, and then press the set function key for 5 seconds to resume the normal control state. And save each setting value.
Note: (1) Set the required working temperature and other parameters at the end, and press the set function key to save the set value within 15 seconds. If the set value is exceeded, the original set value will be automatically restored.
(2) Under normal circumstances, please do not modify the parameters yourself, except the measurement value correction can be modified.
6. When the measured value of the low temperature water tank reaches the working temperature, correct the temperature difference between the measured value and the actual tank according to the thermometer required for the experiment in the tank (the operation method is the same as the second item in Article 5D)
