5. When carrying out water extraction, steam can be directly heated into the tank, and after boiling, it can be indirectly heated and insulated by steam to the jacket. In the case of "alcohol extraction", it is only indirectly heated to the jacket.
6. During the extraction process, the pump can be pumped out from the lower outlet according to the need, and pumped into the top inlet of the tank for forced circulation to balance the temperature inside the tank, and the extraction effect is sufficient.
7. If it needs to be extracted at a higher temperature, the secondary steam of steam at high temperature can be passed into the condensed liquid in the upper part of the extraction tank , and then returned to the tank for reflux extraction. At this time, the cooling water pipeline valve of the condenser should be opened.
8. After the extraction work is completed, the liquid medicine can be released, and it can be pumped out, or it can be in the form of natural flow.
9. After the above work is completed, open the slag discharge door, the dregs can be discharged. If the dregs are not enough, the slag discharge door can be closed, a little water and steam are added to the tank, the dregs are loosened, and the door is released.
10. After the dregs are discharged, the equipment should be cleaned. The main tank can be cleaned by washing balls or manually.
