Notice of Fujian Provincial Price Bureau on Promulgating the Maximum Retail Price of Amoxicillin and Other Drugs

Pursuant to the provisions of the “Medicine Government Pricing Measures” and “Drug-to-Economy Price Comparison Rules” (Jing Yi Yi [2011] No. 461), the maximum retail price limit for amoxicillin and other pharmaceutical supplements is now announced, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. The price of drugs announced in this Circular is the maximum retail price limit for the same kind of pharmaceutical supplements priced by the National Development and Reform Commission or our province according to the rules for the differential price of drugs (see the Appendix for details). The attachment of the manufacturer's name in the attachment is limited to the execution of the enterprise; the unnamed manufacturer's name is applied to the highest retail price.

2. The sales of relevant drugs by the medical and health institutions, social retail pharmacies and other pharmaceutical production and business units must not exceed the prices announced this time.

3. The compound amino acid capsules announced by Qin Price (2004) Service No. 493, Yan Price [2007] Service No. 41 and Yuan Price Service [2007] No. 84 have been adjusted to non-medical insurance drugs, and the announced specifications of the dosage form are cancelled. price.

4. The Price Bureaus of each district and city must strengthen supervision and inspection of drug prices and monitoring of purchase and sale prices in the drug market, and severely investigate and deal with the price behaviors of drug production and business entities that violate the provisions of this notice.

5. This notice is also announced on the portal website of the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau, and the competent price authorities are required to notify the management counterparts in the jurisdiction and log in to the website to inquire and execute it.

6. The prices specified in this notice shall be implemented as of September 1, 2012. If the prices of drugs announced in the previous edition issued by the SIPO are inconsistent with the prices of drugs announced in the appendix to this notification, this notification shall prevail.
