Vacuum roller machine equipment needs to pay attention to the problem

1. Before using the machine, rinse it with clean water and run it for 5 minutes under no load to check whether the rotating parts and vacuum pump are working normally. Make sure that all parts can be fed after work, add the top cover, open the vacuum pump start switch, vacuum pump open, automatically control by the setting range of the electric contact vacuum gauge, and turn on the rolling switch according to the requirements of the rolling operation.

2. After each roll is finished, rinse with clean water, and press the discharge button cylinder to rotate forward, and give up the sewage to ensure that no residue remains in the cylinder.

Tumbler operating procedures

1. Check whether the fasteners are loose before starting the machine. If there is looseness, it is not allowed to start.

2, check the drive chain tension should be moderate, if necessary, can be adjusted by the lifting reducer mounting flange.

3. Check the sealing state of the pneumatic system: cover the cylinder cover, and tighten the gland knob, then start the vacuum pump. After vacuuming to -0.08Mpa, close the vacuum pump and observe it after half an hour. If the vacuum gauge pointer remains unchanged at the original position, the system is well sealed, otherwise it indicates that there is a leak in the system, and further inspection is required.
