Which feed does the sheep need?

Sheep's feed includes five kinds of green roughage, fine feed, animal feed, minerals and special feed.

Green fodder, except for the wild weeds and leaves, is mainly planted with high-quality forage grasses such as ryegrass, clover, grasses of conifers, sudan grasses, pine cone herbs, and Rumex grasses. Planting grass and raising livestock can solve the source of winter forage.

Roughage refers to the stems and leaves of various crops after harvesting seeds, such as straw, corn stalks, soybean stalks, pea vines, peanut vines and other agricultural and sideline products. The sheep is fed after processing such as cutting, dusting, wetting, soaking, fermentation, ammoniation, and silage.

Concentrate feed, also called energy protein feed. Mainly include corn, barley, wheat, grains, bean dregs, bran, bean cakes, and other agricultural products.

Animal feed contains fish meal, silkworm meal, blood meal, meat residue and other high protein feeds, suitable for feeding lambs and ewes.

Mineral feed is mainly salt, bone meal, shell powder, calcium carbonate and so on.

Special feed refers to urea. Can only be mixed in the rich carbohydrate rough feed fed, accounting for 0.02 ~ 0.05% of sheep's body weight. Sheep feed 2 to 5 grams of urea per 10 kilograms of body weight. Prepare enough feed to ensure the supply of the four seasons in order to raise sheep.
