Recently, the State Food and Drug Administration's Medical Device Technology Review Center (CMDE) issued the Notice on the List of Candidates for the First Batch of Members of the Public Consultation Committee on Medical Device Review Experts (hereinafter referred to as the “Noticeâ€). The "Notice" pointed out that according to the "Administrative Measures for the Expert Consultation Committee for Medical Device Technical Evaluation" promulgated by the General Administration of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") Article 3 "The Medical Device Technical Evaluation Center of the State Food and Drug Administration shall undertake the formation of the Expert Advisory Committee.
