Five, instructions for use
1, panel components instructions

(1) DC high-voltage generator high-frequency output and voltage, current measurement cable quick-connect multi-core socket: for the connection of the chassis and the voltage doubler part. Simply connect the white point on the cable plug to the white point on the socket and turn it clockwise into place. Simply remove the cable plug counterclockwise when disassembling. Note: When installing or removing the plug, please rotate the metal ring of the clamp. Do not hold the cable to rotate and pull the cable to rotate, so as to avoid disconnection between the plug and the cable.
(2) Digital voltmeter: LCD liquid crystal digital display DC high voltage output voltage, the unit is kV, zui small resolution is ±0.1kV.
(3) Digital display ammeter: LCD liquid crystal digital display DC high voltage output current, the unit is uA, zui small resolution is ±0.1uA.
(4) Power fuse holder: The fuse is 10A.
(5) Power input socket: single-phase AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz. Connect the randomly configured power cord to the power input socket (with the fuse 10A or separate fuse seat in the socket).
(6) Grounding terminal: This grounding terminal is connected to the grounding terminal of the voltage doubler and the grounding of the sample, and then connected to the grounding grid.
(7) Overvoltage setting dial switch: Used to set the overvoltage protection value. The overvoltage setting range is 0.05-1.2 times the rated voltage, and the value displayed by the dial switch is kV.
(8) Single and double-section selector switch (for double-section double-pressure cylinder), voltage full-scale shift (segment) switch: When the switch is turned to 1, the double pressure cylinder is a single section, and the voltmeter shows a single-section voltage doubler. The cylinder voltage; when the switch is turned to 2, the double pressure cylinder is double-section, and the voltmeter shows the double-section voltage of the double cylinder.
When using the double-section double pressure cylinder, please mark the white point mark of the lower end flange of the upper section with the white point of the upper end flange of the lower section, and then rotate it clockwise to reach the foot (about 30 degrees angle), that is, the upper and lower sections are electrically connected in place. (9) 75% VDC-1mA with yellow illuminated button: valid when red light is on. When the yellow button is pressed, the yellow light is on, the output voltage drops to 0.75 times, and this state is maintained. This function is specially used for the rapid measurement of zinc oxide arrester with 0.75VDC-1mA. Press the green button to turn red and yellow. The high pressure cuts off and exits 0.75 times.
(10) Green illuminated button: Green light indicates that the power is on and the high voltage is off. When the red light is on, press the green button, the red light will turn off and the high voltage circuit will be cut off.
(11) Red illuminated button, high voltage on button, high voltage indicator: When the green light is on, when the red button is pressed, the red light is off and the high voltage circuit is on. At this point, you can boost. This button must be active when the voltage adjustment potentiometer is reset to zero. If the red button is pressed, the red light is still on, but the red button is off and the green light is on, indicating that the internal protection circuit has been working. At this time, it must be turned off to check whether the overpressure setting dial switch is less than 5% of full scale and If there are any other faults, check it again and then turn it on again.
(12) Coarse adjustment voltage adjustment potentiometer: The potentiometer coarsely adjusts the multi-turn potentiometer, clockwise rotation is boost, and vice versa. This potentiometer has control electronic zero protection. Therefore, it is necessary to return to zero before boosting. The voltage regulation accuracy is 0.1% kV. After the test is completed, the potentiometer should return to the zero position.
(13) Fine-tuning the voltage adjustment potentiometer: For adjusting the precision, the potentiometer fine-tunes the multi-turn potentiometer, and the clockwise rotation is boosting, the boosting is very slow, and vice versa. The fine adjustment is generally used to adjust the voltage accuracy and to do the zinc oxide arrester test after the Zui, and adjust the current accurately after the Zui. After the test is completed, the potentiometer should be returned to the zero position.
(14) Power switch: Press this switch to the upper side, the power is turned on, the green light is on; otherwise it is off. Avoid using this switch to directly turn off the high voltage. When shutting down, first turn the voltage coarse adjustment and trimmer potentiometer back to zero, then turn off the power switch.

Sixth, DC high voltage generator operation steps
1. Preparation before use (1) The DC generator should be inspected for its integrity before use. There should be no open circuit or short circuit in the connecting cable, and the equipment is not damaged.
(2) Place the chassis and voltage doubler in a suitable and safe position, and connect the power cable, cable and ground wire respectively. The protective grounding wire and the working grounding wire and the grounding wire of the discharge bar should be separately connected to the ground wire of the test piece (ie, one-point grounding). It is forbidden to use the grounding wires in series with each other to avoid the ground potential rising during the breakdown to form a counterattack and damage the instrument. (See Figure 6)

Generally, it is a test voltage value of 1.10 to 1.20 times.
2. No-load boost verification over-voltage protection setting value (1) Please look for the power supply is single-phase AC 220V, 50Hz. Turn on the power switch, then the green light is on, indicating that the power is on.
(2) When the DC high voltage generator presses the red button, the red light is on, indicating that the high voltage is on.
(3) Adjust the coarse and fine adjustment of the voltage regulator in a clockwise direction, and the output will start to boost from zero. After rising to the required voltage, record the ammeter reading for the specified time and check the control box and output cable for any abnormalities and sounds. If necessary, calibrate the DC high voltage indication on the control box with an external DC high voltage generator high voltage divider.
(4) Step down, turn the voltage regulator back to zero, then press the green button to cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch.
3. Leakage and DC withstand voltage test on the test piece (1) Before performing the load test, install the high-voltage shielded micro-ampere meter on the high-voltage output end of the high-voltage double-pressure cylinder, and connect the special shielded wires to the micro-ampere On the table and on the test object (for details, please refer to the instruction manual of the high-voltage shielding micro-ampere meter).
(2) Check whether the instrument, discharge rod, voltage doubler, test product connection line and grounding wire are correct, whether the grounding wire connection is reliable, and check whether the high-pressure safety distance meets the requirements before starting the high-pressure test of the sample.
(3) After checking and confirming that there is no abnormality in the instrument, turn on the single-phase AC 220V power switch. At this time, the green light is on, indicating that the power is on. The DC leakage and DC withstand voltage test of the sample can be started.
(4) Press the red button, the red light will be on, indicating that the high voltage is on and the pressure is to be raised.
(5) Adjust the coarse and fine adjustment of the piezo adjuster clockwise, and the output will start to boost from zero. The boosting speed is preferably 3-5kV per second rising test voltage. For the large capacitor test, the voltage should be boosted slowly, otherwise it may cause voltage overshoot. It is also necessary to monitor the current meter charging current not exceeding the DC generator's large charging current. After rising to the required voltage or current, record the current meter and voltmeter readings for the specified time.
(6) After the test is completed, step down, adjust the voltage regulator coarsely and finely to zero, then press the green button to cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch.
(7) After the test is completed, apply the discharge rod to discharge the sample several times. After the discharge, it can be close to the sample and the wire is removed. (Please refer to the instruction manual of the discharge bar for details.)
For small capacitor samples such as zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic blow arresters, etc., first use coarse adjustment to rise to 90% of the required voltage (current), and then slowly boost to the required voltage (current) value with a fine adjustment potentiometer. The voltage (current) value is then read from the digital display. If you need to measure 75% VDC-1mA for the zinc oxide surge arrester, you should first raise the voltage to 1mA when the voltage value stops (when the voltage and current values ​​can be recorded), then press the yellow button, the voltage will drop to the original. 75% and keep this state. At this time, the microampere table value and voltage value can be read. After the measurement is completed, adjust the voltage counter to return to the zero position counterclockwise, press the green button, press the red button when you need to boost again.
For large capacitor samples, the boost should be slower, and the current meter charging current should not be monitored beyond the generator's large charging current. The boosting speed must be slowed down. The DC high voltage generator avoids excessive charging current. After the test is completed, turn the voltage adjustment potentiometer back to the zero position counterclockwise, then press the green button to cut off the high voltage. At this point, note that the voltage on the voltmeter drops to about 15kV, and the discharge bar can be used for multiple discharges to ensure safety.
4, several measurement methods (1) In general measurement, after connecting the line, first suspend the line connecting the sample, after rising to the test voltage, read the corona and stray current I' during the empty test, and then connect The sample is raised to the test voltage and the total current I1 is read.
Sample leakage current: I0=I1- I'
(2) When it is necessary to accurately measure the leakage current of the test article, the high-voltage shielding micro-ampere meter should be connected in series in the high-voltage circuit, as shown in Figure 7a.
(3) When the grounding end of the sample such as zinc oxide surge arrester and magnetic blower arrester can be separated, the DC high voltage generator can also be connected to the current meter at the bottom (ground potential side) of the sample for measurement, but shielding must also be used. Line (see Figure 8a). When it is necessary to eliminate the influence of the leakage current on the surface of the sample, a soft bare copper wire can be connected to the shield by a few turns around the ground potential of the sample (see Figure 8b).
(4) After the DC high voltage generator is tested, step down, turn the voltage regulator back to zero, then press the green button to cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch.
(5) For small capacitance samples such as zinc oxide surge arresters, they are generally discharged through a piezoresistive resistor for a very fast time. For large capacitor samples such as cables and motors, it is generally necessary to wait for the voltage of the sample to self-discharge to less than 20% of the test voltage, and then discharge through the discharge rod. After the test sample is fully discharged and the ground wire is hung, the removal of the high voltage lead and the replacement of the wiring work are allowed.
5. After the protection action, the red light is off during the use, the green light is on, and the DC high voltage is lowered, which is the relevant protection action. In this case, you should follow these steps:
(1) Return the voltage regulator to the zero position.
(2) Turn off the power switch and the panel indicators are off.
(3) After one minute, the standby low voltage capacitor is fully discharged before allowing the power switch to be turned on again. After the no-load test is repeated and the situation is ascertained, the test can be boosted again.
Seven, DC high voltage generator fault inspection and processing
Eight, the use of current limiting resistors
1. Current limiting resistor function: When the sample breaks down or flashes, it acts to limit the current, so as not to damage the test equipment.
2. Usage: Just screw the M10 nut at one end of the current limiting resistor to the top of the DC high voltage generator and the high voltage output wire bolt. If you want to connect the high-voltage micro-ampere meter (optional SWB-V type meter), just screw the M10 nut on the bottom of the micro-ampere meter to the other end of the current limiting resistor.
3. If the ZGF series DC high voltage generator is used, the test piece is a zinc oxide surge arrester, a DC high voltage generator, a valve type arrester and a high voltage switch, etc., and the current limiting resistor can be omitted. That is, for small current and small capacitance samples, the current limiting resistor can be omitted.
4. For large-capacity test samples such as power cables, transformers, and motors, the current-limiting resistors should be connected in series in the high-voltage circuit to test and protect the test equipment.
Nine, matters needing attention
1. Please check the connection line and grounding wire repeatedly. The grounding of the DC high voltage generator should be good. It is forbidden to connect the grounding wire in series. Pay attention to safety distance and ensure personal safety.
2. After each test, the boost potentiometer should be returned to the zero position (coarse and fine adjustments are returned to zero position), press the green button, cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch, and discharge after the Zui.
3. Do not open the instrument without permission, which will affect the warranty of the product. The owner of the disassembly factory is not responsible.
4. When transporting the instrument, avoid rain erosion and prevent collision and falling.
X. Security warning
1. The staff who use the DC high voltage generator must have a professional with the “High Voltage Test Certificateâ€.
2. Users of this instrument must comply with the provisions of Article 168 of the “Power Safety Regulations†and install two obvious disconnection points before the working power supply enters the tester. When replacing the test sample and wiring, the two power supply disconnect points should be disconnected first.
3. Please check whether the grounding wires of all test wiring, control box, voltage doubler and test sample are connected before the test. The test circuit grounding wire shall be grounded at one point as shown in this manual (Figure 6).
4. For the discharge of large capacitor samples, the ZS dedicated discharge resistance rod is used to discharge the sample. When discharging, the discharge rod should not be in contact with the sample immediately. The discharge rod should be gradually approached to the sample. The air discharge should start to discharge freely at a certain distance. There is a humming sound. When there is no sound, it can be discharged by the discharge rod. After the Zui, it can be directly connected to the ground. Line discharge.
5. When the DC high voltage is 200kV or above, although the tester wears insulated shoes and is outside the safe distance, due to the influence of the electric field distribution of the high-voltage DC ion space, several adjacent standing human bodies will have different DC power. Bit. The testers should not shake hands or touch the grounding body with their hands. Otherwise, there will be a slight electric shock. This phenomenon is more obvious in dry areas and winter, but it will not cause harm to the human body due to the small energy.
7, DC high voltage generator control box power supply is AC AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz. If the power supply is isolated by 1/1 or spontaneous power is used in the field, the power supply must be artificially connected to the ground.
XI, maintenance, maintenance
1. Verifying the availability of the device The instrument first observes the appearance of the instrument before it is used. Check whether the instrument head is displayed after power-on, and whether the display is complete. For instruments that have not been used for a long time, check whether the output part of the terminal is rusted or aged. Otherwise, it should be cleaned up and used again. 2. Maintenance of the equipment After each test, clear the wiring on the instrument terminal, turn off the power, disconnect the power plug, cover the cover, and place it in a dry, dust-free, DC high-voltage generator with no corrosive gas.
3. How to replace the fuse The fuse of the instrument is connected with the power socket of the instrument. When replacing, first unplug the power cord and use a small screwdriver to remove the fuse box from above.
12. DC high voltage generator transportation and storage
1. When transport equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's instruments to pack wooden boxes and shock-absorbing articles to avoid unnecessary damage during transportation and cause unnecessary losses to you.
Stacking code is not allowed when the equipment does not use wooden boxes during transportation. When using the company's instrument packaging, the number of layers of Zui high stacking is allowed to be two.
When transporting the device, the panel should face up.
2. The storage equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated, non-corrosive atmosphere. Stacking is not allowed without wooden case packaging.
If the device is not used for a long time, put moisture-proof items on the bottom of the device when it is placed to prevent the device from getting wet.
