The working environment temperature is 10-40 °C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases. Check if the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear panel are normal, pull out the upper cover, check if the connector is loose, and if there is any damage or rust caused by improper transportation and storage. The laboratory reactor controller should be reliably grounded. Connect all wires, including the power cord, the electric furnace wire between the controller and the reactor, the motor and temperature sensors, and the tachometer wires. Close the “Power†air main switch on the panel and the digital display should display. After the temperature drop, release the pressurized gas in the reaction vessel to reduce the pressure to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically, then remove the main nut, then carefully remove the kettle lid.
