Drinking temperature. If the temperature of water consumed by the sheep is too low, the water must absorb the heat from the sheep itself, which will reduce the utilization of the feed. Therefore, the temperature of the sheep's drinking water in the winter and spring season is preferably 20 °C ~ 30 °C.

Drinking water form. In order to promote the sheep to drink more water and drinking enough water, the sheep can be given concentrated feed soup. First use boiling water to open the concentrate feed, stir evenly to make it into a paste, and then on a certain amount of water, stir evenly to the sheep to drink.

Drinking water quantity. Sheep consume 1 kg of dry matter and need 3 to 5 kg of water. Therefore, in winter and spring, depending on the situation of sheep feeding on forage grass, the sheep should drink 3 to 5 times of dry matter quality water.

Drinking time. 3. Separation. This is the most important task. There are dozens of compounds in the solution extracted in the second step. Generally, column chromatography is used, which is what we often call column flushing. The workload is large, boring, and low-tech. A master's degree may do this every day for 2 years of experimentation. As shown in the figure below, the column for separating compounds is as large as 2 meters high and as small as 10 cm. Change the solvent conditions of the mobile phase, change the material of the column, and repeatedly wash the column under different conditions and separation principles to separate the monomer compound.
